Chiplet Center of Excellence
The Chiplet Center of Excellence has the joint resources of the three institutes Fraunhofer IIS, IZM and ENAS as well as other partners from the R&D cooperation "Research Fab Microelectronics Germany (FMD)" at its disposal.
It concentrates its advanced research activities – covering chiplet design, heterogeneous system integration, test and reliability – in one location: Dresden. The Fraunhofer IIS with its division EAS serves as main hub and is hosting the core scientific staff of the center.
